Reliable Property Group is a property management company that offers many Homes For Rent in the greater Fort Wayne, Marion and Churubusco IN area. We offer quality customer service to ensure your needs are met and you are satisfied with your home. We offer convenient online payment options and the ability to submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal.
We do have a pre-approval process first before looking at a home. This process entails collecting proof of income for the last 30 days and providing a picture ID. Once pre-approved an appointment is set up to view the home. If you like what you see and want to proceed, then an approved application is required for every person 18 or older. There is a $25 processing fee that is non-refundable. This can be done at our office or online and takes about 2 – 3 business days to process.

** Things you will need to apply with us:
- Completed applications for every person 18 or older
- $25 money order per application
- Photo ID for us to make a copy
- 30 days proof of income or recent SSI/SSDI award letter
- If you are paid with cash, or if you have just started a new job and have not yet received a check stub, you must provide a letter, on company letterhead, stating your start date, how many hours per week you work, and your rate of pay.
- Names and phone number for employer and landlord
** Reasons an application could be denied:
- Evictions, foreclosures, or bankruptcies filed against you in the last 3 years
- Less than 6 months of solid employment
- Drug-related felonies, domestic violence felonies, murder-related felonies
- Can the utilities be put in your name?
- Are you currently in collections for past due bills?
- Do you bring home at least 3 times the amount of rent (after taxes)?
- No rental history or have only rented from family members
- Less than favorable landlord references
If you do not have or cannot obtain check stubs at the time of filling out this application, they can be emailed to the following email address… reliablepropertygroupllc@gmail.com or brought to our office later. Please note we cannot start to process your application until we have all the required information and the fee.
You will have to stop by our office, which is located at 929 Goshen Ave, Fort Wayne, IN in between the hours of 9am and 5pm to drop off your application fee(s) and to allow us to make a copy of all photo ID’s.
**Note: We do require a holding fee after your application is approved. This holding fee will hold the home for up to 2 weeks and is non-refundable until the lease is physically signed.
